it will come down to what this Dallas specialist says (assuming Dallas was their final destination). If that's the way this is shaking out, the fact the Porters didn't trust the Mizzou or local physicians enough to let him play and are seeking a second opinion, while a safe play, is also a bit of an indication that someone or some people in their family don't really want to believe he should be playing yet. The thing about that is, if you go to enough doctors in the world and get enough second opinions, you will almost assuredly eventually find a doc who gives the opinion you want to hear.
Whoever this Dallas specialist is, I hope that the Porters trust that doctor's determination enough to let whatever it is be the final word on this, so that everyone including MPJ himself can move forward and adapt to whatever the new situation is going to be.
