To me, this team hasn't changed much since the UGA game

Heading into Georgia we were an unbelievable 31 point underdog. We lost by 25. But we scored 28 points and hung with them for a while. This blowout loss was a far cry from our previous two losses of a combined 17-86 at Faurot.
Kentucky game was a loss to an evenly matched team on the road. The next two games were wins against non FBS teams, solid, but seemingly meaningless. Our next three games vs SEC opponents, we have won by an average score of 46-16.
My analysis of these games from my couch shows that our turnaround did not begin with Idaho (game 1 of the 5 game win streak) it began at Georgia when the offense finally showed life. Our defense remains subpar but benefits from playing poor offenses
Overall it's nice to be bowling and Odom and the players deserve credit for absolutely crushing Florida, Tennessee, and Vanderbilt. I loved those games, like a refreshing drink after 2 months in the desert. And I'll enjoy the unexpected bowl game. But this team needs a LOT of work, talent infusion, and needs to be focused and disciplined at the START of 2018. If that happens the sky is the limit
