office (or resigning from office) due to any act other than his physical health prior to Jan 2021.

If he is impeached, or resigns for any other reason (including mental health) I lose and America wins.

If he makes it until Inauguration Day 2021, you lose. The only 'out' I have is if he suffers a medical (not mental) condition that renders him incapable of serving prior to then.
