Every crazy that does a mass shooting has a unrelatable upbringing from the other crazy that did one.

To use his example, What is not an unrelatable upbringing is that 70% of black children are born out of wedlock. So when we talk about violence in an area that is majority black, that seems to be a good starting point of discussion.
