wife watching the Iowa State game that it appears Porter Jr. may have sciatica (bulging disc impinging on the sciatic nerve). I've gone through that. Surgery for a herniated disc has improved greatly in the past 20 years with minimally invasive orthoscopic-like procedures. Still, surgery is a last resort. Often it is resolved through rest, stretching exercises etc.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
