he had the chance to go elsewhere when the coaching change happened. He knew Blake Harris was coming in at his position.

Someone posted that Roberts was in the dog house. Never know if people really know anything on here, but there could be disciplinary issues. If Ramey is coming in behind him he could also see the writing on the wall and decide to transfer at semester so he can play next year.
