all the teams would stay in the locker room during the anthem it would cause a bigger sh*tstorm than anything yet.

As I've said before, performing the anthem before games is just PC for the patriotic faction (ok, the right) and the league isn't going to take the chance to alienate those people by not playing it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
