then put up a few years of success. Unfortunately for coaches they are judged by Ws and Ls which is based recruiting kids to a campus, keeping them out of trouble when surrounded by trouble, and getting them to perform at a top level in order to keep their job.

Rough start but looks like he has gotten this particular team on the right path.
