&/or rewrite the 2nd amendment?

Would people have a right to own firearms?

Would their sole purpose be for hunting & target practice?

What limits would King Silas put on ownership & purchasing of guns?

What limits on accessories?

What limits on King Silas and what remedies would there be for the abuse of power by King Silas and his henchmen and henchwomen?
