more closely align with my own thoughts, but I am not really a Democrat...I'm an independent. I tried to wade through the process a bit in 2016. I was chosen as a Bernie delegate to the county convention. You could smell that the process was rigged even in a state that Bernie won (I was in Nebraska at that time. I have gratefully escaped to Colorado now).
Hillary was in control of the DNC purse DURING the primary season. There's no way any primary candidate should have that much, but DW-S was incompetent as hell.
Listen, the Dems have to clean up their own house. I voted for Hillary because she was obviously the best choice of the 4 or 5 evils left. Trump's predictable actions have proven that beyond the shadow of a doubt.
The Dems have two choices:
1. They can try to be the party of fairness and clean up their own house.
2. They can just outright lie and counter GOP dirty ball with dirty ball of their own.
The Dems have been particularly bad at #2, so they should choose #1. That's what I would prefer.
But yes, I think the DNC should be a lot more transparent about what goes on. Tom Perez is doubling down on the secrecy. I have no interest in distracting from the current Trump investigation, But the Dems should take a hard look at their own house
