Lock can buy an insurance policy because there is no immediate need for money. I have no idea where TBJ's family is financially, but if there is a need, it would be eminently reasonable for him to go. I'm sure he is looking at taking care of his family. Who wouldn't be in that situation? He has a chance to be a first rounder this year.
