Pay for play as SoS is illegal. The dossier was funded by GOP at first then HRC took over. The real issue with the dossier is it appears the FBI never verified it, and if they used it as means for spying on Trump then that is illegal. Mueller being a conflict of interest has nothing to do with who appointed him. The FBI under his leadership may have intentionally ignored briberies and kickbacks to the Clinton Foundation from foreign governments. That alone makes it a conflict. Again, stop playing dumb.
