there knew it was inevitable that the sons would follow. UW could try to block MPJ via his LoI, but that would have generated really bad PR for their school/program, and Romar (as a friend of the family) was probably unwilling to do that.

It's no coincidence that Romar was fired the same day (mere hours after) Cuonzo was hired at MU.
