we've got him I'm realistic about the process it takes to get rid of him.

Lock is good and getting better.

He's going to torch some teams in the last part of this season and save Barry's job.

All while Barry refers to the offense as 'Them and They' in his post-game interviews and focuses exclusively on the defense in his day-to-day.

At this point we're probably looking at a post-Lock letdown before Barry is shown the door...
