he's an insensitive POS like his Do'tard buddy.

He didn't specifically direct the comment at his black employees - nor did he direct the slur at the black employees of fellow association members.

mcnair has an over-inflated sense of his power. He can't make employees stand for the playing of the National Anthem. The power for mcnair to give such directives is not granted under the CBA & is not a prescribed league rule.
