Downtown core & midtown gaining a lot of population & development.

As an example of growth - 7 hotel projects under development right now in just downtown alone.

Largest Federal project in the history of Missouri & the Midwest breaking ground in the heart of downtown & right in the footprint of STLs historically “bad areas” on the near Northside, which will competely revamp that area!! That is the NSA National Geospatial Spy Agency Headquarters with 6000+ of the highest paying, highest educated jobs!

I could go on, but I’ll assume you get the point of how ignorant & uninformed you are about STL.
