think Trump sent Green Berets to Niger ... Obama sent about 100 of said soldiers to Niger in 2013. Green Berets act as "advisers" to rebel groups. We all know they were doing the fighting just as much as the rebel groups were. However, I'm not sure why people can't get the facts straight.
