due to proximity. Someone from Columbia is not gonna drive two hours for a chance they get shut out. Someone who lives 20-30 mins away its not an issue. Guessing 75% if I had to put a number on it. By thats just a guess.

Its NOT a TSF specific issue per say, read someone saying the ridiculous limits were allowed by Williams Fund donors as well.
