QUIT TRYING TO DO EVERYTHING!
Any decent CEO knows you surround yourself with outstanding people and let them do their job, not micro manage them and **** everything up.
He needs to get off his ass, spend some money and hire an outstanding DC then let the DC hire the LB coach, DB coach, and DL coach. This hodge podge crap he put together isn't getting it.
