are opposition gang members?
In my opinion, if bloods kill crips and crips kill bloods, that's fine. Saves cops some dangerous work. It's sort of a self cleansing societal apparatus.
My concern is for innocents killed in robberies or rapes or other violent acts.
Do targeted drive by shootings tend to target opposing gang members?
