Please provide some evidence that his avoidance of the draft was based on principle. Something. Anything.

And if you can provide something, wouldn't you see a contradiction with what he's now doing and saying? If he avoided the draft based on principle, how is that different from kneeling during the anthem? Those players - to a man - say they're not intending to disrespect the flag. They're trying to bring attention to something they believe is a moral and social issue.

If you're willing to allow this for Trump, why can't he allow it for other Americans?
