with increasing amounts, along with increasing time in jail. First time, $250 and 1 day in jail. Second time $500 and 3 days in jail. Third time $1000 and a month in jail. Fourth time $2000 and 90 days in jail. Make it a felony for 5th time, $5000 fine and a year in the county jail. County time is much harder than time in DOC.

Same goes for group trespassing on private property, such as a mall.
