this year are because he is doing too much on his own. You can't be the HC, DC, LB and ST coach. All of those areas suck right now because the lead coach is splitting his time coaching the other areas

Give BO only the defense to manage and he will do fine. That was proven at Memphis and his one year as DC at MU

There are a lot of bad DCs in college football. Someone will take a flyer on an ex SEC head coach
