chains didn't move on J'Mon Moore play not getting out of bands, he probably thought he had a first down and the clock would stop, but one ref had already called a 1st down on Witter's run
Clock starts before the ball is placed after the first down
refs miss uK player knocking the ball out and take time to get it set
