Trump acts like he's shooting a basketball while throwing paper towels at citizens ravaged by the hurricane..

The same ones that called Obama arrogant will dismiss this. But Trump knows what he's doing. This is a wink to his racist base that he's not taking this group of people seriously. He did the same when he had the president's of black colleges in the oval and kellyanne sat on the couch on her knees. It's all to show that they won't give this group of people the same respect they give white people.
Ask yourself, what would've been said if Obama went to Joplin, MO and did this after the tornado?? We know...
