jobs. I truly believe it. Yeah, history and fandom and stadium/facilities play a part, but I believe first-and-foremost a coach's relationship with the AD is key. And that's why I don't think this job is much far behind the Tenn. job, etc....plus the SEZ project and facilities upgrade is all but essentially done AND the fanbase isn't lunatic-level like say Tenn., making the expectations and pressure much less.

So don't fret thinking about potential job openings. If willing to spend it, we can land a very good coach.
