what the action plan was to make their "situation" better, along with what would end the protests then people may take them more seriously. It's really nothing more than a "look at me" protest and most people can see through it. I'm guessing those coaches and owners who "spoke out" really know what's going on, but they're terrified of being called a racist even if they say something as simple as "football should be the focus, not politics"
