And that exception was only applicable because Memphis also had to vacate all of its games in 2007-08 and the NCAA didn't want to have both teams in its championship game winners of zero games.

If Arizona is prudent, and that likely goes for many programs with suddenly suspect student athletes, they will hold them out of competition regardless of a current NCAA ruling.
