Or could Sterk theoretically say, instead of having 100 mil for the SEZ, we now have 80 mil because I am using 20 mil to buy out the entire staff and hire an entire staff.

Just using random numbers, don't nail me on the figures.

I am not a big $$ donor so I don't know how this works.
