For the bottom three. They, no matter how much you agree or disagree, allow you to live in a fairly secure Country and not be punished for your views. And to add, if you don't want to live here, they also allow you to leave, unlike some peoples favorite "true son" Rocket Man. Those are two things off the top of my head that deserve respect.

For the flag and anthem, their symbols of that country and rightly deserve respect for what I mentioned before. Kind of like how you love and respect that hammer and sickle.
