It's the State vs us, and especially the State targeting blacks and the marginalized, which it has done so for generations. It is also that the State's thugs have privileges and immunities you and I don't have. It isn't about white on black or black on black; it is about State oppression and privilege.

Solutions:

* repeal all laws prohibiting behavior and activity that infringes upon no one
* end all gvmt monopolies to be replaced with free market solutions
* end taxation
* end all gvmt-based welfare
