Steck wanted to be HC...took major pay cut to make the move, but at his age it was now or never.....he would have moved on no matter what..Odom was brought back to replace Steck..otherwise he would stayed at Memphis.

Matter and maybe Gabe as well have stated that Odom tried to make the relationship with Kug work, but that Kug. wouldn't even try to meet him half way..
