Mizzou needs EGO Driven Coach

Mizzou needs an ego driven coach... people follow other people who have swagger, confidence, and ego. Recruits want to win, they want to get to the NFL, they want to get excited.
Who's excited about Mizzou? Even if you hire a coach who's good with X's and O's will that change anything? No!
I'm sure Bob Stull was a great X's and O's guy as where the dozen other failed Missouri coaches. We need a guy who's going to say things that make ESPN. We need a bullhorn who puts Mizzou back on the map.
Mizzou needs spark and fire not calm and patience.
Mizzou needs someone with lots of experience who instantly wins over the media good or bad. Do you really want the media forgetting about you when you lose? That is what is happening now.
I think Mizzou should go after guys like Chip Kelly, Les Miles or even someone like Rex Ryan. This program is so down and out between racial issues on campus to being the worst basketball program in the nation to their football team being a laughing stock. You need EGO!
Fact is when Mizzou came to the SEC everyone laughed... yeah maybe in basketball but never in football. Then Mizzuo won the SEC East twice but still they said yeah yeah it won't last and they got that right. You have to overcome the doubters who say 'sure you want to play in the SEC son but not at Mizzou not at Vandy c'mon please' so that same kid picks Iowa or Nebraska.
Mizzou invested they will have a premier training facility. Mizzou is in the NFL minor league conference. Now they need a coach who can make the fans and recruits believe... we need an EGO DRIVEN coach who can overcome all simple due to their personality.
Yes sure they have to be a good coach but Chip Kelly has taken a team to the national title game, Rex Ryan coached two teams to AFC championship games, Les Miles has won a national championship.
This is the type of swagger Mizzou needs not a guy who is ****ed because the 3rd string tackle at a high school doesn't like Mizzou.
What we need is the 3rd string tackle wishing he could come to Mizzou. When we have 3rd string guys who can't even latch on at JUCO writing off Mizzou we're truly doomed.
