After his UN speech, don't see any doubt about it. Trump is a full fledged neocon.
The neocons preferred Hillary because she is also a neocon but less damaging to US soft power. But that doesn't mean that Trump isn't a neocon. He is. His skill set just isn't as polished as Hillary's.
