over the years. There's no question he's talented and can make some fabulous throws. I blame the system he's operating in for his lack of wins. It seems to have little creativity or variety to it. He's trapped in a vanilla offense that's easy to defend and predictable. It's not like he's getting a lot of help around him, either. His mistakes aren't all his own making.
