you have a coach who has shown complete ineptitude when it comes to putting a staff together and developing his players.

Barry has had to fire coaches in the middle of the season, he has failed to take charge of the team and develop players. His recruiting is below average in a well above average league.

MU was just destroyed by a second tier big ten team. This is going to be a long year.
