Everyone should have to show up and have it announced what they are paying. And your local politicians would collect it.
Everyone who is on the government dole should have to go down and get their benefits in person, publicly, while those who pay are there. At least they could acknowledge those they are taking from..
I would bet spending reform would come right away.
Since you are so concerned with taxation and spending............
