Kim Anderson is the worst D1 coach of the modern era, across all programs. I'm not sure how you could take the metrics conveyed thus far in this thread and interpret that to be a defense of him. Despite continued absurdly low expectations, he always managed to decimate that low bar and establish new historical means of ineptitude and failure.
I'm simply saying that when most had tuned out MU as a serious program and justifiably so, he actually beat two legitimate teams and one semi-legitimate opponent. Which is a huge anomaly compared to the rest of his track record. As someone personally who was tracking and ranking all of his small amount of victories, it eluded me that occurred because I had stopped attempting to track them at that point.
