conclusion but cops are rapidly loosing the benefit of the doubt. Just in the last couple of weeks you've got a cop tell a white lady he pulled over to be calm because "we" only shoot black people and another story where a cop arrested a nurse for refusing to hand over a blood sample of an unconscious man.
