Mizzou's pre-game tailgate concert series and stuff

About 10 people showed up for the Ocean Park Standoff concert next to the Hearnes center. (I didn't go, but my friend did and sent me snap chats)
The Bounce House and Kids zone, face painting, etc.. was moved to the curb and street of Mick Deaver which was shut down to traffic.
However, with the large crowds and the golf carts trying to get through + the new Tiger walk coming through there made it an absolute mess.
Those Block Party suites in Truman's Terrace look interesting, I saw them set up, but didn't see many people in them.
I like the idea of the efforts they are making, just need to tighten up the execution.
Clear bag policy was great. Heard no complaints.
