better. People are complaining our place won't look as nice as conference mates when they're spending far more on their renovations. They can do that because their fans donate far more than do our fans. Far more & it's not close. Our leadership (along with architects) are being asked to build something as big & as nice as other conference mates while not getting close to the same money/budget to work with.

"You get what you (can) pay for" seems to fit the situation.
