A bunch more seats but this shrinks it substantially and doesn't allow for any future growth.

We are basically betting our fan base shrinks by 10K but the high end donors will not only spend more to drink beer but will want to have a worse view from and end zone.

Doubling down on wasteful and stupid. This could have been done as an improvement and get the locker rooms, coaches offices, and private suite $ and rent space for private parties/weddings
