2 weeks later. It's hard to believe he didn't know he was going to leave and therefore he should have left it open for his successor to decide on the baseball coach.

It puts everybody in an uncomfortable situation. Bieser has the obvious disadvantage of being a Midwest school in the SEC and working for an AD who didn't hire him.

Sterk has a newly hired coach who he probably wouldn't have hired.
