referred to governmental immunity. Basically, the government has passed laws making it very difficult (though not impossible) to sue government for it's actions or inactions in a governmental capacity.

GAT apparently feels that the fact that government has been taken over by unions and unions protecting incompetent workers is a bigger affront.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
