All I saw was more noble-sounding pontification saying nothing of value.
And yes, our gov't has far over-stepped its power, even from its Constitution. He offered no way to change that. I suspect, strongly, that mankind has not evolved to the point that a large group of it can ever exist without discord and disagreement, certainly not with competing groups, and in any case cannot form a gov't that will be successful in causing such agreement.
Incidentally, one term would bring part of what Mises wants, but that won't happen as well.
