NK has routinely threatened US for years , blustering until it got a pile of free cash to shut up.

They have been trained to throw a tantrum, until the US borrows money from China to pay them. Brilliant strategy by the chinese. China doesn't want a flood of NK refugees, but has figured out how to make us pay to prevent that.

Trump has decided that NK isn't going to be paid for bad behavior anymore.

I realize this concept is hard for you to understand, since liberals normally reward failure , bad behavior with an even bigger pile of cash.
