It is VERY easy to throw up road blocks, to not allow bills to reach to floor, to bury them in committee. To actually GOVERN, to actually pass tough laws is hard to do. Civil Rights legislation comes to mind. Very hard to pass. The ACE - very hard to pass.

Again, GOP fails to govern. And if you thought HC Reform was hard - wait for tax reform. There are lobbyists and power behind every last loop hole in the book. It is almost comical to watch these clowns.
