eliminate placement testing.
What difference does it make if you can do the work. It's college. You need to be able to carry a sign, break a window, and demand justice.
Calexit sounds better all the time. Of course then we'd have to build a wall along california's eastern and northern borders. They'll have to change the name to something mexican.
