I have no idea what that means, but it sounds awful.
We must do something. Raise taxes, put regulations in to harm businesses. Install socialist governments everywhere. Raise taxes some more. Make coal illegal. Raise the price of gas to $7.50 per gallon like obama's energy czar said in 2009.
Oh yeah, raise taxes.
And when the world is comfortably socialist in all respects, the "scientists" may admit that their projections were wrong. Oooopsie.
