Something like, "We apologize for slavery and discrimination that has oppressed your race in general and you personally for hundreds of years. But please understand that beating innocent white people who had not personally attacked you is something we would prefer you not do again. I hope that is acceptable to you. And again, on behalf of the united states of america and white people everywhere, i apologize."
It's tough to get into MIT with a record.
